General Information
Only on site registration for the Congress is now available. Registration will be held on the 3rd floor of the Hilton Minneapolis beginning Sunday, July 24.
On site your registration fees may be paid by credit card (preferable) check, or cash only. No wire transfers will be accepted.
- The participant fee covers the conference abstracts and program, the opening reception, congress banquet, all coffee breaks and refreshments, and a two-year membership in USACM and IACM. The student fee does not include membership dues.
- Postdoctoral Fellows should pay the "regular" registrant fee, not the "student" fee.
- Reminder: only one registration per one presentation is allowed.
- If you registered to submit an abstract, you will also need to register here to attend the congress.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
(a) Registration cancellations are strongly discouraged. If for unavoidable reasons you will be unable to attend after having registered for USNCCM-11, you must request a refund by sending an e-mail to USNCCM-11

with a justification statement. This request must be made before June 30th, 5:00 p.m. CDST time. A small $100 penalty will apply to all cancelled registrations. Refunds will be made by check, and sent within 30 days after the conclusion of the Congress. (b) No refund requests will be processed after June 30th, 5:00 pm CDST
